The WSTA 16^th Gulf Water Conference calls for a major transformation of the water sector in the GCC countries. It advocates for an integrated, holistic approach in the management of the water sector, planned strategic investments, and the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies.

The concept of formation of Water Sciences and Technology Association (WSTA) was the result of individual efforts of some of those concerned with water affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries.
